Micael Lemos

I’m Micael, a communicator and creative who found his voice in social media and digital marketing. My journey has taken me from agency life to cultural projects, from international festivals to small community initiatives—always with the same passion: connecting people through stories.

At Brand Managers, I managed social media and digital campaigns for a range of clients, learning how to adapt fast, create content that resonates, and balance creativity with results. Later, at Rokynori, I combined marketing, communications, and sales, leading paid media campaigns, boosting engagement, and growing revenue, while managing both online and physical stores.

I’ve also worked on projects that sit closer to my heart: developing marketing strategies and content for Physical Fest and Tmesis Theatre in Liverpool, helping a unique cultural festival and company expand their digital presence and reach new audiences. I’ve curated content and run campaigns for festivals like Indie Music Fest, Mimo Amarante, Guimarães Noc Noc, and Rock Nordeste, where social media meets the excitement of live music and arts.

But my work doesn’t live only in big stages—I’ve also collaborated with local and community-driven initiatives, like supporting the Junta de Freguesia de Carvalho in organising events for elderly residents, from cultural workshops to traditional dance sessions. I’m also the founder of Que Amor É Este, a cultural platform promoting Portuguese art and music, where I curate concerts, workshops, and manage its full communication.

These experiences—across agencies, brands, festivals, theatres, and communities—taught me that good marketing is about more than visibility: it’s about making people feel part of something. I bring creativity, strategy, and empathy into everything I do, whether it’s running ad campaigns, designing social content, or helping a local project grow.

Curious by nature, collaborative by instinct, and endlessly inspired by music, culture, and people—I see every campaign as an opportunity to tell a story worth sharing.
