At Indie Music Fest, I was responsible for managing the ticketing operations throughout the four days of the festival. My role included recruiting and coordinating a 5 people team, assigning schedules, and ensuring that all processes within the ticketing section ran smoothly and efficiently.

This position required a strong focus on organization, leadership, and problem-solving, guaranteeing a seamless experience for festival attendees from arrival to entry.

Indie Music Fest is an independent music festival held in Baltar, Paredes, widely known as one of Portugal’s most authentic celebrations of alternative and emerging music. Set in the so-called Magic Forest, the festival combines a unique natural setting with a carefully curated lineup of Portuguese artists, offering an intimate yet vibrant atmosphere.

Focused on showcasing independent talent, the festival presents a mix of established names and rising voices across multiple genres, while also promoting sustainability, community spirit, and cultural identity. Beyond the concerts, Indie Music Fest includes immersive experiences, camping, local gastronomy, and creative happenings, making it a distinctive gathering for music lovers and a strong platform for national independent music.
