Work: 

I have been working with the Portuguese Society of Ophthalmology (SPO) since the early stages of organizing this year’s XXXII Congress. My role focuses on supporting the overall planning and coordination of the event, with involvement in the organization of spaces, logistics, and on-site setup.

I also work directly with sponsors and partners, helping to manage communication and ensure the smooth integration of all collaborations within the congress. In addition, I provide support to speakers and participants, and act as a virtual assistant to the congress directors, helping to coordinate tasks and ensure the event runs efficiently without operational issues.

This position combines event coordination, stakeholder management, and logistical support, contributing to the successful delivery of a large-scale medical congress.
