Work:

For this project, I was responsible for developing the entire brand identity and digital ecosystem from the ground up. I created the logo and visual branding, designed and built the website, and restructured the Instagram and overall social media presence to ensure a consistent and engaging communication strategy.

Beyond branding, I implemented a strong operational and digital infrastructure, including organizing internal workflows through structured drive systems, setting up Google Search profiles, and creating and managing listings on platforms such as Booking and Airbnb. I also developed all advertising materials and campaigns, aligning them with the brand’s identity and business goals.

Additionally, I established a complete customer support system, including welcome guides, reservation assistance, and automated response platforms to streamline communication. I continue to provide ongoing support through social media management, website maintenance, event support, and direct customer assistance, ensuring the project’s long-term growth and consistency.
